Iñaki Alberdi is professor at the " ESMUC - Escuela Superior de Música" in Barcelona, and in the "MUSIKENE - Centro Superior de Música del País Vasco" in San SEbastian.

In the last one is where he works hardly with students from other countries inside a pedagogical project made by himself. He gives lessons of accordion as main-subject and chamber music, mainwhile collaborates with the professors: Aitor Furundarena and Miren Iñarga in the design of the contents of differents subjects (transcription, extemporization, pedagogy of the accordion, instrumental ensemble, repertoire and chamber music).

Last few years some os his students take part in several concert seasons and collaborates with National Orchestras such as, Real Filarmonía de Galicia, Orquesta Sinfónica de Tenerife, Musikene Sinfonietta, Quincena Musical of San Sebastián, Musikaste or Chamber Concerts of the Orquesta Sinfónica in Bilbao. 

Various of them have been winners in international and national competitions.

Musikene School keeps a closed collaboration with the following professors: Vojin Vasovic (Serbia), Matti Rantanen (Finland), Owen Murray (United Kingdom) adn Max Bonnay (France).

Iñaki Alberdi frecuently gives masterclases in Music Schools such as; Hoschschule für Musik Würzburg, Sibelius Academy in Helsinki and Royal Academy of Music in London, as well as at International festivals in Kragujevac (Serbia), Tampere and Kokkola (Finland), Bourdeaux and Baiona (France) or Andorra.
